We are eager to welcome our newest team member! Nick Capadano is a UX/UI Designer and a proud graduate of the Rochester Instritute of Technology. Nick’s design process pulls from three different wells of knowledge: his Bachelor’s in Human-Centered Computing, his minor in software engineering, and his summer devoted to studying human psychology at RIT Croatia.
In terms of user experience, Nick is drawn to practicality. What is actually possible for code to achieve? Does the design experience take users where they want to go, or does it make them lost and frustrated? Nick’s design choices bring together his artistry and his empathy for the other person behind the screen. When it comes to high-quality UX/UI design, Nick explains that “the better the user experience, the more invisible the designer becomes.”
Nick believes Knox Design Strategy’s process is why they have such a strong track record with using technological innovations to solve the thorniest client problems. All of Knox’s UX/UI design projects bring together research, collaboration, imagination, and iteration. Because every law firm has a unique set of needs, Nick enjoys how each project requires curiosity and imagination. He explains, “What’s really nice about Knox is that we’re not just doing websites, and we’re not just doing applications. We collaborate with our clients to make room for growth.”
Nick’s flexibility, creativity, and determination makes him a natural fit for Knox, and we are lucky to have him. Welcome, Nick!
