It’s no secret that our team loves to create and innovate together; this September, we had the opportunity to do so in person!
For our 2022 Retreat, the Knox Design Strategy team met in New York City to reconnect, review the previous year’s successes, and work toward our future goals. Together, we were able to address key challenges, develop innovative strategies for delivering designs that drive clients’ business goals, and have a lot of fun!
Throughout the retreat, we spent time with our friends from Blumer & Associates, CPAs, PC, who acted as our guides as we worked through company values and our best practices as a team. These impactful sessions led to meaningful conversations about personal and professional growth, as well as goal-setting for our organization. Our work with them culminated in a presentation of ideas on the final day, during which we were able to provide feedback to our colleagues and brainstorm solutions together.
These retreats bring us together for a short time to reconnect and focus on what’s central to our core mission; our ability to communicate, be creative together, and have fun is paramount to serving clients best. We’re feeling refreshed and inspired – ready to get out there and do our best work yet!
