As a designer, Jensynne’s approach to design is a process rooted in research and discovery, a skill she has honed during her tenure in the design world. With her ability to dive into a client’s culture, vision, and aspirations, Jensynne ensures that her designs seamlessly align with their brand identity and goals. She believes that the key to exceptional design lies in listening to the client’s ideas and direction, allowing their vision to shape the creative process.

Being part of a team that values collaboration has profoundly influenced Jensynne’s approach to design. She cherishes the fusion of ideas and perspectives that emerge from brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and creative discussions.
“I’ve learned that collaboration is a driver for design. It’s important for the client to have a message or tone that they want to be communicated in the design. The client’s ideas and directions are the main inspiration points for me in my design process.”

As Jensynne transitions into the Senior Designer / UI Designer role, she is thrilled about the prospects of diving deeper into digital design. “I will be more hands-on with our digital design team in the initial phases and helping create the visuals of our client’s websites,” she shares. We know this exciting opportunity will allow her to grow personally and professionally while expanding her knowledge and skill set in the digital domain.
