During this interactive lunchtime session, the presenters will share the particular software and technologies their firms use to perform their internal marketing and business development activities. Focusing on the day-to-day challenges we face in being productive and communicating with our teams and our internal clients (our lawyers!), we will:
Identify and provide the various tools small NY firms are using
Discuss the pros and cons of each
Share war stories of past successes and boondoggles
Mandatory, but without consequences: Although not required, we ask that each of you come prepared to share at least one best practice with the group – any process or best practice that helps you better perform your daily job function.
Throughout the event, we plan to take good notes and share our list of resources with the team so you have them on-hand for future reference.
